ISITIA REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

 
  1. Registration is done online through the link below. Before filling the registration form, please complete payment by Bank transfer according to the registration fee listed below that applies to you.
  2. Scan the payment receipt.
  3. Scan the proof of IEEE membership and student ID (if any).
  4. Upload files specified in point (2), and (3) on registration form below.
  5. We will inform you if registration is successful via email.

ISITIA REGISTRATION FEE POLICY

  1. The registration fees apply for (the 1st author of) all accepted papers
  2. The Registration fee applies for 1 (one) paper under a 1st author, and  1 (one) additional papers are allowed with 60% charge of the registration fee under the same 1st author.
  3. Accepted papers with more than 6 (six) pages will have an additional charge of USD30 per page for up-to strictly 8 (eight) pages for each paper (payable at the conference)
  4. Any accepted paper included in the final proceedings is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference. Accepted papers which are not presented (“no-show” papers) will not be included in the final conference proceedings.
  5. Payment must be made in full amount. Any corresponding bank charges and transfer fee must be paid by the registrant
  6. No refund will be made for registered participants who fail to turn up.

*Non-presenters may register for the conference even after the regular registration date and may pay on the spot. However, on the spot registration does not cover for the seminar kit. Please choose non-presenter registration with seminar kit option and perform registration by the registration date if you require the seminar kit (includes USB proceeding, conference bag, and others), and send us an email with your details and an attachment of your payment receipt.
