Initial & Final Manuscript Submissions

Initial Paper Submission

• EDAS: Please submit your paper (submission open: 1 December 2024) through the EDAS conference management system through the following link: https://edas.info/N33023.
• Template: Papers should follow the two-column IEEE conference style, between 4 to 6 pages, in A4 page size. Please consult the following link for manuscript templates DOC Template or LATEX (Instructions, Template, Bibliography Files)
• Similarity rating: You are required to ensure that the similarity rating of your manuscript is less than 30%. Submissions with a similarity rating of 30% or above will be dropped and no longer considered for ISITIA 2025.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) use: AI tools should not be used for directly generating texts or contents. AI tools can be permitted for improvement of grammar and language, and the use must be disclosed in the acknowledgment section.
• Paper checklist: To ensure that your paper will pass quality control for inclusion in IEEExplore, please make sure that your manuscript complies with the following checklist here. When your manuscript is accepted with revision, please make check the revision using the checklist and later save the checklist file for uploading during the registration process.

Final Manuscript Preparation (after acceptance)

1. Revise your manuscript according to the comments and suggestions given by the reviewers. Fill the “Response to Reviewer Form” file. This file should be uploaded via EDAS when uploading Final Manuscript file.

2. Ensure that the similarity rating of your manuscript is less than 30%.

3. Ensure that your manuscript complies with the following checklist here. Please save this checklist file for uploading during the registration process.

4. Ensure that your manuscript has been checked for grammatical and typographical errors, and that your manuscript is IEEE PDF eXpress compliant. The details on how to use IEEE pdf eXpress to generate your PDF file can be found here.

5. Ensure that you have added all the author names, both in your manuscript and in EDAS.

6. You are required to transfer the copyright of the manuscript to IEEE if you wish your manuscript to be published. This can be done electronically through EDAS.

7. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference or not fulfilling IEEE’s quality check.

• Make sure your manuscript has been revised.
• Visit the website of IEEE PDF eXpress at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
• First-time users should do the following:
  1. Select the New Users – Click here link.
  2. Enter the following:
     • Conference ID: TBA
     • Your email address
     • A password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
• Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the same steps above but should enter the same password that was used for the previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
• For each paper ID that is created, IEEE PDF eXpress is able to convert up to 20 source files and perform checking of 10 PDF files. Source files can be from Microsoft Word and many others.
