Registration Fee Policy

1) The registration fee applies to the first author of the accepted paper. An additional paper by the same first author can be included for 50% of the registration fee. Student ID and/or IEEE Membership ID should be uploaded when you register.

2) Acceptance for presentation does not guarantee inclusion in the IEEE Xplore proceedings. Papers that do not meet IEEE requirements or fail to address required revisions may not be included. Papers that are not presented at the conference (no-show) will not be included in the proceedings.

No refund will be provided in such cases.

3) Payments must be made in full, with any bank charges or transfer fees borne by the registrant.

4) The registration fee for both onsite and online registrants is the same.

Registration Fee

*1) The early bird registration fee only applies before June 22, 2026.

*2) International Participant means the first author’s (registrant’s) affiliation is with an institution outside Indonesia.

*3) Domestic Participant means the first author’s (registrant’s) affiliation is with an institution in Indonesia.

*4) Non-presenters may register after the regular registration date.

*5) (Not mandatory) This year, the registration for the tour program is handled separately. Please contact Ms. Lely Meilina (WA: +62 857-3760-1858, email: lelymeilina@unud.ac.id) for further information regarding this tour program.

Registration Procedure (Presenter)

Authors whose papers are accepted will receive emailed registration instructions (Please always check your Spam Folder as well).

Registration instructions to have the paper presented in ISITIA 2026:

1. 1. First, calculate your correct fee based on the fee policy. Prepare Student ID and IEEE Membership ID if applicable.
   2. Do the payment:
      1. Domestic registrants: Pay through the designated bank account (informed via email). Do not forget to save the payment proof.
      2. International registrants: Pay via EDAS. Steps: (1) Log in to your EDAS account. (2) Find and click your paper title that will be registered to ISITIA. (3) Find and click a register button. (4) Click the registration category that suits you. (5) Proceed with the payment.
   3. (For both domestic and international registrants) Fill the registration form.
   4. Upload the presentation video (mandatory for online participants, encouraged for onsite participants). The details can be found in this link.

After our team verifies your registration, you will receive your invoice and receipt. The process may take several work days. For domestic registrants: you can ignore the registration status on EDAS as long as you have completed the payment and the registration form.

Registration Procedure (Non-Presenter)

Registration instructions for non-presenter registrants, either domestic or international registrants, are as follows:

1. 1. Send an email to isitia@its.ac.id requesting to be a non-presenter participant at ISITIA 2026. We will send a detailed bank account to which payment can be made.
   2. Make a transfer via the bank account stated in our reply via email. Make sure that the amount is correct based on the table above.
   3. Fill in the form at this link.

After our team verifies your registration, you will receive your invoice and receipt. The process may take several work days. You may also notify us via email regarding your registration accomplishment.

Best Paper Awards Fee Reimbursement

Winners of the Best Paper Award will receive a full reimbursement of their registration fee as recognition of their outstanding contribution to the conference. Each year, we select four recipients of the best paper awards.
