Registration Fee Policy
1) The registration fee applies to the first author of the accepted paper. An additional paper by the same first author can be included for 50% of the registration fee.
2) To be included in the final proceedings, each accepted paper must have at least one author attend and present it at the conference (can be online or onsite). Papers not presented (“no-show”) will be excluded from the proceedings and no refunds will be provided for registered participants who fail to attend.
3) Payments must be made in full, with any bank charges or transfer fees borne by the registrant.

*1) The early bird registration fee only applies for registration before June 2, 2025.
*2) International Participant means the first author’s (registrant’s) affiliation is with an institution outside Indonesia.
*3) Domestic Participant means the first author’s (registrant’s) affiliation is with an institution in Indonesia.
*4) Non-presenters may register after the regular registration date.
*5) Not mandatory. “Tour package” consist of a technical tour to ITS REIDI (Renewable Energy Integration Demonstrator of Indonesia) and a one-day Bromo sunrise tour. Bromo tour itinerary can be found here.
Best Paper Awards Fee Reimbursement
Winners of the Best Paper Award will receive a full reimbursement of their registration fee as recognition of their outstanding contribution to the conference. Each year, we four three recipients of the best paper awards.
