The following is considered as “presenting”: All presenters should deliver their presentations (max 10 minutes), followed by discussion session (max 5 minutes), in real time, for both online or offline mode. Please also note that authors should not change presentation mode at this stage as it is related to scheduling and hotel catering.
P.S. Authors who received email from ISITIA 2025 Committee (via EDAS) about issues with their submission (not emails from the standard EDAS system warnings) are reminded to ensure that they have followed up and completed any required corrections to avoid exclusion from the proceedings. Please also check your spam folder in case these emails were redirected there.
Registrants have the rights to attend all ISITIA agenda on Wednesday and Thursday including keynote, technical sessions, exhibitions, coffee breaks and buffet lunch, while tour agenda is for tour registrants only.

ISITIA is the annual international conference held by the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), Surabaya, Indonesia.
Papers that are accepted and presented at ISITIA 2025 will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Best Paper Awards Fee Reimbursement
