Guideline for presenter:
- The presenter should arrive 10 minutes before the presentation begins
- Virtual Background is provided for the online presentation session and please use the VB when presenting
- The total time allocated for each presenter is 15 minutes which include 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion
- The presenter will be reminded after their presentation has reached : 8 minutes and 10 minutes
- A time keeper is provided in each room.
