Description:
GeoICON 2018 was held on July 12th, 2018 in Swiss Belinn Hotel, Surabaya. The conferences involved 88 posters and papers and was supported by 3 collaborators. There were 2 keynote speakers, and 3 invited speakers beside all the presenters who attended the conferences.
Keynote Speakers:
Head of the Indonesia Geospatial Information Agency (BIG)
He is a Professor of ITB Indonesia in the field of Geodesy. His current research interests are mainly related to Geospatial Information Development and Infrastructure, One Map Policy, Application of Geospatial Information for Natural Hazard Mitigation.
President & CEO Magellan System Japan Inc.
He was graduate from Tokyo University of Science & Kwansei Gakuin University. He is an expert in GNSS, System Navigation and Location Based Service (LBS).
Invited Speakers:

Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia
He is expert in Geographics Information System. He is senior lecturer at Faculty of Architecture, Planning & Surveying Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
Fellowship LIPI – EOS Singapore
He was involved in managing various GPS campaigns in Indonesia dedicated for Seismo-tectonic studies. He is working under technical office where he involved in the acquisition and processing of GPS data and especially the description and understanding of spatial and temporal deform
