Continuing its legacy as a premier platform for maritime advancements, the Faculty of Marine Technology (FTK) at ITS successfully hosted the 9th International Conference on Marine Technology (SENTA 2024). The event focused on the ongoing digital transformation and sustainability efforts within the maritime sector.

This year’s conference focused heavily on the integration of artificial intelligence in naval architecture and the optimization of green shipping routes. SENTA 2024 provided critical insights into how autonomous technologies and renewable ocean energy can significantly reduce carbon footprints.
