Venue

The International Conference on Computer Engineering, Network and Intelligent Multimedia 2025, CENIM 2025, will be held in Surabaya on November 25-26, 2025. Surabaya, Indonesia, is a vibrant metropolis mixing modern skyscrapers with canals and colonial-era buildings. It has a thriving Chinatown and an Arab Quarter with the 15th-century Ampel Mosque. The Tugu Pahlawan honors the 1945 independence battles. All sessions of CENIM 2025 will be held in a hybrid format at the Electrical Engineering Department of ITS, easily accessible by public transport.

Tower 2 ITS was inaugurated by the Rector of ITS, Prof. Dr. Ir. Mochamad Ashari MEng IPU AEng, on August 17, 2023. It serves Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Information Technology departments. Adjacent to Electrical Engineering, it features state-of-the-art, internationally standardized facilities. The first floor has a lobby, meeting rooms, VIP lounge, management and security offices, and a server room. The second floor houses department offices, an auditorium, and student services. Floors three to eight include laboratories such as Biocybernetics, Biomedical Instrumentation, and Signal Processing. The ninth floor features the Cyber Security and Network & Digital Signal Processing labs. The tenth floor is for lecturers' offices, while the eleventh floor has a multipurpose room and prayer area. The building is designed for accessibility, equipped with a Building Automation System (BAS) and solar panels for energy efficiency.

Conference Location

CENIM 2025 will take place in Tower 2 ITS.

Transportation

• Arriving by plane

Juanda International Airport (SUB) is about 18km from the venue, a 40-minute taxi ride.

• Arriving by train

The closest station is Gubeng Station, a 10-minute taxi ride from the venue.

Visa Information

The Visit Visa is issued by the Indonesian Embassy for one-time travel, including seminar participation. There are two types:

• Visit Visa on Arrival

For applicants from eligible countries.

• Visit Visa

Applied at the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate or by a guarantor to the Directorate General of Immigration in Jakarta.

Visa Procedure

Applicable for standard Visit Visa:

1. Submit application to Indonesian Embassy/Consulate and pay the required fee.
2. Embassy/Consulate reviews and forwards application if necessary.
3. If approved, visa is issued within 3 business days.
4. Arrive in Indonesia and obtain entry stamps.
