The International Conference on Computer Engineering, Network and Intelligent Multimedia 2025, CENIM 2025, will be held in Surabaya on November 25-26, 2025. Surabaya, Indonesia, is a vibrant metropolis mixing modern skyscrapers with canals and colonial-era buildings. It has a thriving Chinatown and an Arab Quarter with the 15th-century Ampel Mosque. The Tugu Pahlawan honors the 1945 independence battles. All sessions of CENIM 2025 will be held in a hybrid format at the Novotel Samator East Surabaya Hotel, easily accessible by public transport.

Visa Information

The Visit Visa is issued by the Indonesian Embassy for one-time travel, including seminar participation. There are two types:

• Visit Visa on Arrival

For applicants from eligible countries.

• Visit Visa

Applied at the Indonesian Embassy/Consulate or by a guarantor to the Directorate General of Immigration in Jakarta.

Visa Procedure

Applicable for standard Visit Visa:

1. Submit application to Indonesian Embassy/Consulate and pay the required fee.
2. Embassy/Consulate reviews and forwards application if necessary.
3. If approved, visa is issued within 3 business days.
4. Arrive in Indonesia and obtain entry stamps.
