  1. The registration fee applies to the first author of the accepted paper. An additional paper by the same first author can be included for 50% of the registration fee. Student ID and/or IEEE Membership ID should be uploaded when you register.
  2. Acceptance for presentation does not guarantee inclusion in the IEEE Xplore proceedings. Papers that do not meet IEEE requirements or fail to address required revisions may not be included. Papers that are not presented at the conference (no-show) will not be included in the proceedings.
  3. No refund will be provided in such cases.
  4. Payments must be made in full, with any bank charges or transfer fees borne by the registrant.

After Your Paper Is Accepted

Complete these steps to publish your paper and join the conference.

    Revise your paper.
    Address the reviewers' comments and follow the IEEE conference format.
  2. 2
    Check your PDF with IEEE PDF eXpress.
    Use Conference ID 72329X.
  3. 3
    Transfer the copyright.
    Sign the IEEE copyright form.
  4. 4
    Submit your final manuscript and register.
    Follow the author guideline, available as a PDF and as a video.
