Uploading your paper to IEEE PDF Express:

1. Create an account on https://ieee-pdf-express.org.
2. Enter ICTS Conference ID: 58770X
3. Upload your paper!

The following information is provided to help you with the paper registration process:

1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://www.edas.info/.
2. Upon reaching the homepage of EDAS, locate and click on the "Register" menu.

3. In the "Register" section, you will find a list of currently active conferences. Search for the "ICTS 2023" conference.

4. Click on the "Register Self" icon corresponding to the ICTS 2023 conference, which will take you to the registration page.
5. Review the available registration options and select the one that best suits your needs. To proceed, click on the "Cart" icon located on the right side.

6. After clicking the icon, a new section labeled "Register but not paid" will appear below the main page.

7. Before making the payment, you are required to complete a questionnaire. Click on the text that reads "Answer the Registration Questions."

8. The questionnaire will inquire about your attendance preference for ICTS 2023, whether it's online or offline.

9. Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will be redirected back to the previous page. However, now you will see various payment options to choose from.

10. Select a preferred payment method and follow the provided instructions. For instance, if you opt for Credit Card payment, you will need to fill out the corresponding form.

11. Ensure that you accurately enter your credentials in the form. After completing the form, click the "Pay Now" button to initiate the payment process, which should be confirmed within minutes.
12. Following the successful payment, you will be directed to the Payment Invoice page, displaying the time of your payment and indicating a "Paid" status.

13. If the payment status still indicates unpaid, consider refreshing the page to update the information.
14. To verify your registration, return to the "Register" page. The page should resemble a layout similar to the example.

15. Lastly, navigate back to the homepage. Here, you should be able to view the active paper you registered for at the ICTS 2023 conference.

16. Congratulations! Your registration process is now complete. Remember to upload your final manuscript for the conference proceedings.
