CENIM 2022 will be held hybrid, for this reason pre-recorded presentation video is needed in case there is a problem with the online presentation.

Indonesian governments have issued restrictions on travel, gatherings, and meetings in an effort to limit and slow the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19) from outside the country. CENIM 2022 will be held in the hybrid online mode. The authors from abroad present their paper via video conferencing according to their schedule and the authors in the country could choose whether attend the conference in Surabaya or follow the online schedule.

The theme of this conference is "Technological Trends Shaping The Post-Pandemic Future Of Humanity". Many research topics can be covered due to the theme, which is based on ICT and its contribution to all aspects of the city such as: energy, health, education, transportation, water, security, etc. Topic of interest includes, but not limited to:

 

1. You must revise your manuscript according to the comments and suggestions given by the reviewers.
2. Please ensure that your final manuscript format is following the IEEE conference paper format. IEEE conference paper format and template are given here
3. Ensure that you have added all the author names, both in your manuscript as well as in EDAS.
4. You are required to ensure that the similarity rating of your manuscript is less than 30%. Submissions with a similarity rating of 30% or above will be dropped and no longer considered for CENIM 2020.
5. Please ensure that your manuscript has been checked for grammatical and typographical errors, and that your manuscript is IEEE pdf eXpress compliant.
   • A formatting checklist is given here to help you prepare your manuscript before uploading to IEEE pdf eXpress. You should also upload the confirmed checklist during the registration process.

6. You are required to transfer copyright of the manuscript of IEEE if you wish your manuscript to be published. This can be done electronically through EDAS.
7. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g. removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

This is the writing format for CENIM final manuscript based on IEEE that you have to follow.

1. Paper size: A4
2. Margin: left=1.57cm, right=1.57cm, top=0.95cm, bottom=2.54cm
3. Names of authors: Ensure that names of authors are written without any title and without any number
4. Table: Ensure that the table is legible and must not surpass the page margin.
5. Figure: Ensure that the figure is legible as well as the texts in the figure.
6. Stamp header and footer: Any footer or header should be removed.
7. Equation: The equation number is aligned right.

For each paper ID that is created, IEEE PDF eXpress is able to convert up to 20 source files and perform checking of 10 PDF files. Source files can be from Microsoft Word, and many others.

All CENIM 2022 Hybrid Conference participants must create a video presentation of the paper and send it to the organizer. The requirements of the video presentation are as follows:

1. The maximum duration is 10 minutes
2. Display the slides and the face of the presenter, who is one of the authors of the paper
3. Start with a short introduction of the presenter
4. The maximum video size is 500MB
5. Video must have sufficiently good resolution
6. The video format is MP4 file
7. Video file name is the paper number

Registration Fee Policy :

1. The listed registration fees applies for the 1st author of accepted papers.
2. Accepted papers with more than 6 (SIX) in page count will be charged by USD30 per excess page, up to an absolute maximum of 8 (EIGHT) pages allowed for each paper.
3. Accepted papers included in the final proceedings are expected to have at least 1 (ONE) author to attend and present the paper at the conference. Accepted papers that are not presented (or no-show papers) will not be included in the final proceedings.
4. Payments must be made in full, with corresponding bank charges and transfer fee be paid for by the registrant.
5. No refunds will be made available for registered participants that failed to attend the event.
