PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) is a mining company that requires quite complex resources. This complexity requires companies to implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), one of which is SAP with the Plant Maintenance module. Knowing the achievement of the implementation of the factory maintenance ERP module is one of the things needed by the company. This study uses two qualitative and quantitative requirements. Qualitative assessment is carried out by interviewing and observing the maintenance documents in the company with the results of the fishbone diagram of the agreed debate. While the quantitative evaluation is carried out by the mining process with the evaluation process of the automated process obtained from the analysis of the event log with the results of 6 different business process variants that fit the business process properly. Of the 2211 Event Logs, only 1611 Event Logs are in compliance with SAP standards. Related to the process of implementing the ERP plant maintenance module at PT. Freeport Indonesia is in accordance with 72.82% compliance with SAP standards with some improvement notes.
