Papers that do not meet the scope of the conference<br \/>\nor fail to satisfy the required quality standards may be rejected at any stage of the<br \/>\nreview process. The decision of the reviewers and the Scientific Committee is final.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Publication<\/h3>\n<p>Accepted and presented papers will be published in the<br \/>\n<strong>SENTA 2026 Scopus-indexed proceedings<\/strong><br \/>\n(registration currently in progress by the organizer).<\/p>\n<p>Papers that do not meet the eligibility criteria for the proceedings may be considered<br \/>\nfor publication in<br \/>\n<strong>IJOCE \u2014 International Journal of Ocean and Coastal Engineering<\/strong>,<br \/>\nInstitut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), indexed in <strong>SINTA 4<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: Publication in either venue is subject to successful presentation at the conference<br \/>\nand compliance with the respective publication requirements.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Abstract Submission<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Submissions must be written in English.<\/li>\n<li>The abstract must not exceed 200 words.<\/li>\n<li>The abstract should clearly describe the research background, objectives,<br \/>\nmethodology, key results, and conclusions.<\/li>\n<li>The abstract should emphasize the significance and\/or originality of the work<br \/>\nwithin the scope of the conference.<\/li>\n<li>Authors must ensure that the submitted abstract falls within one of the conference<br \/>\nsubtopics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Full Paper Submission<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Only authors whose abstracts have been accepted will be invited to submit a full paper.<\/li>\n<li>All papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal<br \/>\nor conference.<\/li>\n<li>Manuscripts must strictly follow the official MS Word template:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.e3s-conferences.org\/doc_journal\/woc\/woc_1col.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\nhttps:\/\/www.e3s-conferences.org\/doc_journal\/woc\/woc_1col.docx<br \/>\n<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Papers that do not comply with the template will be returned without review.<\/li>\n<li>There is no strict page limit; however, authors are encouraged to present their work concisely.<\/li>\n<li>Authors must include full name(s) and institutional affiliation(s) in the manuscript.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Peer Review Process<\/h3>\n<p>All full papers will undergo a blinded peer-review process. Each paper will be evaluated<br \/>\nby independent reviewers from the Scientific Committee based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevance to the conference scope and subtopics<\/li>\n<li>Originality and scientific contribution<\/li>\n<li>Methodological soundness<\/li>\n<li>Clarity and quality of writing<\/li>\n<li>Validity of results and conclusions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Papers that do not meet the minimum quality standards or fall outside the conference scope<br \/>\nwill be rejected. Authors will be notified of the review decision via email.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Ethical Standards<\/h3>\n<p>All submitted manuscripts must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism, data fabrication,<br \/>\nor duplicate submission will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the<br \/>\nauthors\u2019 institutions.
